Once you've selected your car type on the product page, simply proceed to submit your personal information, including your name, contact details, and upload your IC/driving license for review purposes.
Upon submission of the form, you'll receive an email notification confirming that Fifo Resource has received your request. Your submission will then undergo a review process.
If your submission is approved, the next step is to confirm your pick-up location, date, and time via email. And if your submission is not approved, we'll also inform you via email, providing the reasons for rejection.
Once confirmed with your location, date, and time, you'll receive an email with instructions to make a partial payment. The remaining payment can be settled on the day of car collection.
Download the rental agreement from Fifo homepage. Fill up and submit the soft-copy via email to fifocarfleet@gmail.com or bring a printed copy with you on the day of car collection.
